I can’t connect ?
If you are having trouble logging in, please check the following:

- Use another browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla, Edge…)
- Are you using the right email address?
Each account is linked to one and only one email address. In case you try to log in with another email address, the system will not recognize you. Enter the correct email address.
- Did you enter the right password ?
Sometimes you may enter the wrong password or enter it incorrectly. Try several times (the number of attempts is not limited) and, if you cannot validate your connection, request a password reset by clicking on the following link: https://www.arakapay.com/auth/forgotten-password , the following window will appear:

How do I make payments via ARAKA ?
You must register on the platform via this link https://www.arakapay.com/auth/register

What payment methods are available at ARAKA ?
ARAKA accepts all means of payment including international bank cards (VISA and MASTER CARD) and all mobile money available in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MPESA, ORANGE MONEY, AIRTEL MONEY, AFRI MONEY).

If you are already an ARAKA customer, simply click on the link https://www.arakapay.com/transaction/payment to pay while choosing the type of service.
- Register to become an ARAKA subscriber, then pay
As you are not a subscriber on the platform, to become one, simply click on the following link https://www.arakapay.com/auth/register
Since the ARAKA payment gateway is 3DS, please check and make sure that your card is also 3DS so that the transaction can be completed.
How do I pay my offering, my tithe, make a donation and give thanks for my church ?
If you are already a subscriber on the platform, simply click on the following link: https://www.arakapay.com/transaction/payment and choose Church as the type of service and then click on the icon that represents your church.

A merchant is a company that charges for its goods and services through the solutions available on our platform.
What is the difference between a merchant and a subscriber ?
A merchant is a business Araka’s partner, while a subscriber is a user of the services offered by Araka.
5. Chatbot
What is a Chatbot ?
It is a program that simulates and processes a human conversation through texts on WhatsApp and Telegram.
What is « Arakapaybot » ?
Arakapaybot is a tool implemented to keep our payment services available 24 hours, via WhatsApp and Telegram messaging on this number: +243810000730.
How to make transactions on Arakapaybot (WhatsApp and Telegram) ?
To make a transaction on our chatbot you must register first.
To register please follow those steps :
1. WhatsApp:
- Register the ARAKA’s number (+243) 81 0000 730 in your contacts;
- Write “Hello” on WhatsApp to ARAKA’s number that you just registered and follow the steps;
- Come back to WhatsApp and write “Hello” to the ARAKA number;
2. Telegram
- Search for “Arakapaybot” on Telegram;
- Start the conversation and follow the steps;
- Go back to Telegram and follow the steps again;
- After these steps you can return to WhatsApp or Telegram to make transactions.
